Compressor PLC control cabinet consists of soft starter, frequency converter, programmable controller, stimulation temperature/ pressure transducer etc. With modular structure design ,easy to operate, control service, expand and adjust on the site. The 12 digits simulated modular can monitor the change of temperature and pressure value real-time parameters can be set and modified on line.

General Functions

1.The soft start of primary motor: functions including parameters setting, detection and perfect protection, several modes of starting and controlling;

2.Manual control function: manual control whole system during operating and service period.

3.Auto control: PLC controls different functions, i.e. start-up, stop, Emergency shutdown etc

4.Malfunction shutdown: sound or lighting malfunction alarm, visible on LCD screen.

5.Emergency shutdown: system ESD function

6.Data real-time upgrading: display and upgrade time, pressure, temperature, etc.

7.Compressor running status display: Display main motor, water pump motor, fan motor, oil heater and all control units running status.
